I had nearly the same error problem with Google sketchup v. 6.0 under installation. I used the advice and chancede the names of the maps, but mine had differnt names (11 and 09)
And it worked !
Now the installation of Sketchup is OK-

I could not reinstall Fritz 11, a chess program. I found the map names to be 09,10,11. I added 01 to each of them and the installation worked.

Similar to Jens, the files had different names (5, 11, 9, 701 already) so I just added an "a" to the name of each folder and it ran just fine. Thank you for the great advice!
